  Away from the tensions in Iran’s nuclear file, and Europe’s endeavours and the US’ desire to find a diplomatic solution to this file, tension has escalated in the Gulf waters between Tehran and Tel Aviv. This came after a merchant ship belonging to the Israeli company - Helios Ray Ltd - was subjected to two unknown explosions in the Gulf of Oman waters on February 26.
