It focuses on processes of confrontations among the different influential actors after February Uprising in 2011. It puts further interest on the armed conflicts that have transformed the Libyan Uprising into a civil war. As a result, Libya has become a sphere of an agent in which the international powers are fighting. The persisting disorder in Libya has led to a contention among the local Libyan actors. This also has resulted in a high level of political instability emerged from changing alliances. The intensification of the local actors\u2019 conflicts has been crystallized and affected by the diplomatic, financial and logistical involvement of foreign armed militias and powers in this Libyan crisis.
